Business acquisition & ownership
A business built
to last.
A next chapter
built together.
We’re Brian and Desiree Hertz. We’re seeking one established business in Florida or the Las Vegas area to acquire, operate, and grow—with continuity for the people who make it work.
Discuss an opportunityOwners. Operators. Partners.
Strong businesses are built on trusted relationships, capable teams, and consistent execution. Our goal is to carry those strengths forward through active, hands-on ownership.
01 / What we’re looking for
Established businesses.
Durable demand.
We’re interested in businesses in Florida and the Las Vegas area with consistent, verifiable cash flow, transferable customer relationships, and room to grow. Our search spans these industries and other established businesses with sound economics.
Manufacturing
Distribution
Skilled trades
Specialty construction
Commercial services
Transportation
We consider recurring, contracted, and project revenue models, including B2B and selected consumer businesses. Our search excludes beauty and personal care, food and beverage, restaurants, and bars.
The right foundation
What makes
a strong fit.
We look for a credible path from today’s ownership to the business’s next chapter.
Clear, reliable financials
Verifiable cash flow and a clear understanding of owner compensation and working capital needs.
A capable team
Experienced people and operations that can transition from the current owner.
Lasting customer relationships
Diversified customers and identifiable opportunities to improve sales or operations.
A defensible position
Equipment, facilities, proprietary processes, or market strengths that support the business where relevant.
Exploring what’s next
Electric transportation.
Infrastructure to support it.
Alongside our search for an established business, we’re exploring a transportation strategy involving a fleet of Tesla Semi trucks and Cybercabs, supported by a shared charging facility.
A fleet and facility concept
Our interest spans electric freight transportation, passenger mobility, and the infrastructure needed to support both. We’re evaluating how vehicle operations and a shared charging location could work together as a business.
A deliberate evaluation
The concept remains exploratory. Vehicle availability, operating permissions, suitable locations, utility capacity, and business economics would all need to support a viable plan before launch.
This is an independent business concept, not a current transportation service or an announced partnership with Tesla.
02 / Meet the buyers
Complementary experience.
A shared commitment.
We engage directly as buyers and intend to provide active ownership, preserving continuity for employees and customers while pursuing opportunities for growth.
